Sunday Yin Yoga & Sound Immersion with 2Shells Join the "2 Shells" Shell & Raechelle for a Yin Yoga Sound Immersion workshop @ Body Awakenings We will gather to explore turning and tuning in, through pranayama, meditation, yin yoga and a blanket of sound. You will be guided to ground through your breath, a gentle yin yoga sequence with sound bath, meditation and afternoon tea. Take a break, turning inward into a peaceful relaxation, the gentle yin shapes making space in your inner realm as you deeply surrender to the vibrational sounds, clearing and tuning in. We cant wait to share this afternoon with you. @ 3pm-5pm (Allow 2 hours for the entire workshop) Please wear warm comfortable clothing, socks and bring your own mat and towel/blanket or sarong (to cover provided bolster) In any physical activity, risk of serious physical injury is possible. Yoga and other activity is no substitute for medical diagnosis and/or treatment. Cancellation Policy
Classes & Workshops In the event that you are unable to attend the class or workshop, we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. In such case a credit note will be held on your account. Late cancellations & no shows incur full fee. Fully booked/sold out classes/workshops will only be credited if the place can be transferred to another student.
