She Who Blossoms

30 Oct – 1 Nov 2026
Jerrara, South Coast NSW

A women’s retreat of inner connection, expansion, and deep nourishment. There is a natural unfolding within each of us, a quiet readiness to open, to soften, to become. Yet in the pace of everyday life, we can lose touch with that gentle, inner blossoming. This weekend is an invitation to return to it. To soften the edges, to create space, and to reconnect with your own unfolding.

She Who Blossoms is a curated retreat where movement, stillness, and nourishment come together, through yoga, rest, sound, and thoughtfully prepared meals, all held within the beauty of nature.

Where we will land

Set within the rolling hills of Saddleback Mountain, Cedar Springs is a private sanctuary spanning 100 acres of open land, expansive views, and quiet beauty. With its sweeping outlook to the coastline, Greek-inspired columns, and sunlit poolside spaces, the property holds a sense of calm elegance and feminine presence. There are places to wander, to rest, to journal, or simply to take in the stillness. Here, nature and luxury meet, creating the perfect environment

to exhale, soften, and restore.

Your Unfolding

She Who Blossoms invites you to reconnect with your natural rhythm of expansion and ease.

You’ll be guided by Shell and Linda, two experienced and intuitive teachers who hold space for both presence and gentle transformation. From grounding Yin to fluid Flow, Mindfulness, Meditation to Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing to optional massages and treatments, each offering is designed to support you in softening, opening, and returning to yourself

Nourish Your Body and Soul

And the food? It’s a story in every bite.

Our retreat will be deeply nourished by the culinary talents of NJ Lim, a professional chef

whose passion for global flavours meets heartfelt intention in every meal. With nearly two decades

immersed in Australia’s vibrant, multicultural food scene and experience in some of Sydney’s most elite private catering circles, NJ brings a rare depth and artistry to vegetarian cuisine.

Her philosophy is simple yet soulful:

to create food experiences that bring the world to your plate and become a story to remember.

Throughout the weekend, you’ll savour nourishing, seasonal meals infused with spring energy & abundance and global inspiration. Each meal lovingly prepared to support your body, soothe your nervous system, and awaken your senses. Herbal teas, cozy corners, and thoughtfully plated dishes all become part of your retreat rhythm, comforting, restoring,

and deeply satisfying.

Connect and Open

Surrounded by a small circle of like-hearted women, you’ll be held in a space where connection feels natural and unforced. Stories can be shared, or simply witnessed. There is no pressure, only invitation.

This retreat offers space to pause, to listen inward, and to gently reconnect with what is ready to unfold. With support and spaciousness, you’ll leave feeling nourished, expanded, and softly reconnected to yourself.
