Autumn Yin Yoga Workshop with Michelle Robertson Sunday 6th March 2022 3pm-5pm @ Body Awakenings Yoga Studio GYMEA Level 1, 13-17 Gymea Bay Road Gymea, NSW 2227 As the leaves start to fall we will explore the seasonal energy of Autumn and the balancing of the Metal Element, as we practice the art of letting go... Gather with me as we prepare for Autumn through understanding and uncovering this season, through element, pranayama, meditation and a balancing YIN YOGA practice. Investment: $49 FALLING LEAVES. CREATING SPACE, REJUVENATING, OBSERVING THE BEAUTY OF LETTING GO, RETURNING HOME TO OURSELVES... Please wear warm comfortable clothing and bring your own mat and towel/blanket In any physical activity, risk of serious physical injury is possible. Cancellation Policy
Classes & Workshops In the event that you are unable to attend the class or workshop, we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. In such case a credit note will be held on your account. Late cancellations & no shows incur full fee. Fully booked/sold out classes/workshops will only be credited if the place can be transferred to another student.
