As you surrender into the gentle, meditative poses of Yin Yoga, we target the vibrations of sound therapy in specific areas and guide you into a state of profound relaxation and self-discovery. Through this fusion we embark on a journey of inner exploration, delving into the depths of our being to find balance, peace, and transformation. Join us as we journey inward with Pratyahara to meet Winters embrace.
